Mochitsuki (making rice cake)

Mochitsulo is one of Japanese traditional events preparing for New Year's day.

We steamed 20 kg of sticky rice, kneaded with the machine and shaped a lot of round mochi.

Our original mochi, mixed with sweet potato and covered with red bean paste or soy bean flour, is so sweet and tasty.

We also welcome tourists to join Japanese traditional events like this.️
